Vendor Information
Vendor Space Each vending space will be a 10 foot space, and includes one table and chair. Spaces are ONLY $80 each for 2 days, and $90 to include Friday. Vending spaces will be given on a first come, first paid basis; spaces fill up fast! Set up will be Friday, October 24, 2008 between 11:00 a.m. & 3:00 p.m. Saturday morning set-up may begin at 8:30 a.m.
Show hours Friday: 3:30 p.m. - 10 p.m.; Saturday: 10 a.m. – 5 p.m.; Sunday: 9 a.m. - 4 p.m. The show hall is in the School Arts Building, New Mexico State Fairgrounds (EXPO New Mexico). Enter through Gate 3 at the fairgrounds, at the intersection of Copper Ave. NE and San Pedro Dr. NE. There is a stoplight at that intersection. The show hall is climate-controlled. No night watchman will be on duty, but doors will be locked at night.

Enter through Gate 3 and you will be directed as to where to park. Go to the School Arts Building once there. Click here for a map of the fairgrounds. The School Arts Building is listed as #4 and is right in the middle of the map.
Advertising Available in the show catalog in both black and white and color. Ads must be camera ready or submitted in pdf or equivalent format.
Show Hotel – The Sandia Courtyard Hotel (formerly Howard Johnsons) I-40/Eubank will be the official show hotel. The hotel provides free shuttle service to and from the airport on a twenty four hour basis. Rates are $55.00 per day plus tax for single/double/triple occupancy. There is a $10 pet deposit. The Enchanted Cat Club has elected to use the TICA Hotel Room Inspection Procedures for exhibitors who lodge at the Sandia Courtyard Hotel using the club’s group booking. Entry in this show, and lodging at the Sandia Courtyard Hotel, using the club’s group booking, shall constitute an acknowledgment by and consent of the exhibitor to these procedures. The Enchanted Cat Club, TICA, EXPO NEW MEXICO and the Sandia Courtyard Hotel will be held harmless for any damages, claims, losses, etc.
